Galaxy Gown Story

This dress had been sitting in my mind for a while. I wanted a unique element to the galaxy colorway. Inspiration hit in the middle of the night. I had drifted off after a movie and awoke just as this stunning image of the spiral galaxy Messier 106 appeared on my timed-out TV screen. It was perfect, exactly what I had been searching for.

Deeper auburns, plums, and soft ivories move through the blue, bringing a quiet warmth to the depths of space and a gentle, shifting glow. To me, it felt like the perfect balance, capturing the vast expanse of the heavens while holding onto its warmth. The same warmth found in standing beneath the stars with someone you love.

Sizing & Alterations Guide

To ensure a good fit, compare your measurements to the gowns. The dress should be very close to your measurements, or slightly larger, so it can be taken in for the perfect fit.

Bust (B) This is the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist (W) The smallest circumference around your stomach/belly button.
Hip (H) The fullest circumference around your pelvic/buttocks area.

Keep the tape measure level when measuring and get help for the best results.
Hem alterations can be adjusted through the waistline of the gown.

~ Don't be afraid to make changes to the neckline or sleeves with your seamstress. I want you to make the dress fit seamlessly to flatter your features and shape.
