Honey's Story

The inspiration for this gown came while I was sipping my favorite warm drink, a honey-lavender latte. The barista had topped it with a little bee pollen, and I couldn't stop thinking about how whimsical a dress with little bees would be. Hiding them among the flowers, gathering pollen. I wanted them subtle, a moment for only those who look into the details of the flowers to see. While also creating the bees just realistic enough to add a little tension, a little unease at the notion of them landing all over your gown.
Something for the Brides that love a bit of eerie charm and dark, whimsical fantasies. Maybe a dress for a tea party?
Sizing & Alterations Guide
To ensure a good fit, compare your measurements to the gowns. The dress should be very close to your measurements, or slightly larger, so it can be taken in for the perfect fit.
Bust (B) This is the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist (W) The smallest circumference around your stomach/belly button.
Hip (H) The fullest circumference around your pelvic/buttocks area.
Keep the tape measure level when measuring and get help for the best results.
Hem alterations can be adjusted through the waistline of the gown.
~ Don't be afraid to make changes to the neckline or sleeves with your seamstress. I want you to make the dress fit seamlessly to flatter your features and shape.
