Autumns Story

Inspired by my first autumn in the Midwest, where color felt almost surreal in its intensity, this gown captures the fleeting transition between seasons.
This gown begins with a light, airy bodice, touched with soft greens that echo the final moments of summer. From there, color deepens and cascades downward, vibrant tones of red, orange, and yellow layered over a warm brown ground.

Each piece of lace is hand-painted in individual gradients that seep together. I imagined this gown for a late-autumn wedding, where the bride shines as if she stole all the colors of the now-fallen leaves.

Sizing & Alterations Guide

To ensure a good fit, compare your measurements to the gowns. The dress should be very close to your measurements, or slightly larger, so it can be taken in for the perfect fit.

Bust (B) This is the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist (W) The smallest circumference around your stomach/belly button.
Hip (H) The fullest circumference around your pelvic/buttocks area.

Keep the tape measure level when measuring and get help for the best results.
Hem alterations can be adjusted through the waistline of the gown.

~ Don't be afraid to make changes to the neckline or sleeves with your seamstress. I want you to make the dress fit seamlessly to flatter your features and shape.
