Return Policy

For Ready-Made Gowns, Limited Edition Gowns, and Accessories, I offer a 7-day try-on period from the date the dress is received. During these seven days, the dress can be returned for any reason at zero cost to you!

Just email me within those 7 days and I'll send you a return label and further instructions.
Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment once I have received the gown back and inspected it.

Some exclusions apply:

• Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

• All original packaging must be included for a full refund.

• If purchased in person, the sale is final immediately.

• Any custom work is final sale, not returnable.

If you do not email me requesting a return within 7 days, the dress sale is final.
