  • Designed to envelop you with color.

The ruffle drop veil has 2 wear ways, dropped over the face or flipped to the back. The ruffle edge gives extreme color payoff. This is a very voluminous, statement piece.

    — Raw Edge
    — 108” Width Illusion Tulle
    — No Gathering at the Comb

  • Prep Before The Wedding
The color is completely permanent and safe to steam/press. Here are my suggestions for a flawless wedding day look.
    — Let the veil hang, train out in a safe room for 24hrs, this will help it self straighten and air out.
    — Steam out any remaining wrinkles.
    — Use a lint roller over any spots that have picked up hair or dust.
    — If the hem got really dirty at any point during try-ons you can spot clean it. Use a squirt bottle to drench/blast the dirt with a rag behind the fabric and another rag to blot from the front.

    Cleaning Your Veil After
These are hand wash only, DO NOT scrunch.
    — Best to hang it in a shower and rinse. Keep veil in natural shape as much as possible, no tumbling or swirling.
    — Use detergent and spot clean with a soft sponge if needed. Jet settings on hand held showers are great to remove dirt.
    — Shake lightly and hang to dry.

    Storage and Travel
An acid-free unbleached muslin travel bag is provided with your order to keep the dress safe.
    — Keep in a dry area and out of direct sun and with good air flow.
    — Do not place other items in with your veil.
    — NO plastic. Clothing kept in air-tight storage can get mildew.

  • Each veil and accessory I offer here has been designed and made from scratch in Kansas City, MO, USA.

I partnered with the talented Courtney at Roux Bridal, a local seamstress and couture dressmaker to create these.

Both my seamstress and I believe in quality over quantity. We take every step to ensure a well-constructed and designed item.

Here are some of the design details you can expect
    — ALL veils are in the 108” extra-wide fabric, which gives a voluminous look that can be pulled around your body.
    — All combs are wrapped, and clips are double-supported
    — No messy edges, all seams are clean and look the same front and back
    — Permanent coloring, unlike other dip-dye veils, there will be no color bleed or change with washing/rain.

Each is steamed and packed delicately, so it comes out of the box ready to wear. A cute hanger, travel bag, and full care guides are provided with every order.

My process for coloring each item is intensive. I go over every section front and back several times, and although it is a paint base, the application and treatments I have developed leave a soft, flowy finish and bright, smooth gradients.

  • Nº1 First, let’s choose your hair clip option.
I offer a traditional silver bridal comb and hair extension clips in blonde, brunette, and black.

    • Bridal combs are easier to remove and ideal for thick hair and updo’s

    • Extention clips have a stronger hold and are ideal for thinner hair and down hairstyles. If you are between hair colors, getting the darker option will blend better.

Nº2. Now for the Base/Top color.
This is the fabric color your veil will be made out of. You can choose a standard bridal color or any pastel hue.

    • I stock Bright White, Off-White(Most Popular), Ivory, and Black.

    • Alternative base color options are free of charge but add one week of processing time to your order.

    • For ruffle veils you may choose a dark color, the ruffle edge will be made in white and then colored to blend.

    • Base colors are limited to availability, after the order, I will email you to confirm the closest shade.

    Nº3 Pre-Made Color Combo Options.

    • These are based on gowns I have done in the past.

    • They are named as such so that you can reference the colors in my Archive and the digital rendition here.

    Nº4 Making Your Own Gradient
Use the website https://coolors.co/gradient-maker to create your gradient.

    • Click on the color bar to add more colors.

    • I suggest keeping it to 4 or less for smoother gradients.

    • Start with your base/top color from section 2 to see how it blends.

    • Follow the rainbow order for brighter mixes. Red follows Purple.

    • When you are satisfied with your gradient, click the blue down arrow next to copy CSS. Then, choose “Copy Url.” This is the URL to share with me on your order form.

I also recommend downloading the gradient image for your records.

Using the gradient maker is required so you can see firsthand how the colors mix.

Please note this is not an exact color match; screens can slightly alter the appearance of colors. Exact matches are only possible with physical samples; I am not yet offering this.
